Four more make summer All-Star Games

Christopoulos, Litaker, Armacost and Simpson all selected to midsummer classics

Brevard, N.C. - Brevard College’s Alex Litaker and Christian Christopoulos were selected to participate in the Carolina-Virginia Collegiate League All-Star Game, while Kameron Armacost was chosen to participate in the York Central League All-Star Game, and Zack Simpson was an American League All-Star selection, capping a successful summer by the Brevard College baseball players.

The quartet join Eric Renegar and Brennan Daniels who were selected to the Southern Collegiate League All-Star game, played on July 13th.

The Carolina-Virginia Collegiate League game will be played on Saturday, July 16th at L.P. Frans Stadium, home of the minor league Hickory Crawdads in Hickory, N.C.

The Central vs. Susquehanna All-Star Game, the midseason classic of the York Central League will also be hosted on Saturday, July 16th, in Mount Wolf, Pa. First pitch of the classic is set for 1:30 p.m.

Zach Simpson was also named to the American Legion All-Star Game as a left-handed pitcher.
