BC Drops Match to Wingate, 3-0

Wingate, N.C. - The BC women's volleyball team lost in straight sets to the Wingate Bulldogs on the road on Tuesday night, 25-15, 25-19, 25-12.
Wingate's defense was stellar throughout the match, collecting 13 blocks as a team. Sophomore middle blocker Lexi Potter had six blocks along with eight kills to lead the Bulldogs.
Freshman Fatima Gharachorloo led the Tornados with six kills, while Kayla Hanus contributed 19 set assists.
The Tornados continue a busy week in the South Atlantic Conference, returning to the road to take on Carson-Newman at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26th.
