Greeneville, Tenn. - Alisiya Klochkova improved on her first round score by two strokes in moving up to a tie for 21st overall in the final round of the Tusculum Fall Classic at the Link Hills Country Club as the Tornados finished with an overall final round score of 374 to finish 12th overall among the schools that competed.
Klochkova’s 80 tied the lowest round of the Tornados in the tournament, matching Marliana Garman’s first round score, as the senior from Moscow, Russia finished the round with a 162 to tie for 21st overall in the tournament.
Garman followed her lowest round of the season with a 93, finishing tied for 40th overall with a score of 173, while Emily Smith followed with a final round 99 to tie for 58th in the tournament with a 193.
Ashley Allen rounded out the group that took the field by Coach David Nelson, finishing the tournament with a score of 201 to place 61st in the field for the Tornados.
Brevard will be back in action on Monday, October 9th, as they take on the field at Glen Cannon Country Club in Brevard, N.C.
