In her position, Bush has created and implemented numerous policies and procedures, including Concussion Management Protocol and Emergency Action Plan. She serves as the primary athletic trainer from women's soccer, basketball and baseball while assisting with football. Bush is responsible for instructing and certifying all athletics' staff in Adult CPR/AED/First Aid.
Bush came to the Tornados, having served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, Tenn. from Aug. 2010-May 2012. While at Tennessee Tech, she served as the primary athletic trainer for the softball team while assisting with the football, tennis, volleyball, track & field, women's hoops and women's soccer squads. Bush dedicated her time to summer camps as well and gained proficiency in the use of the Presagia injury tracking software.
Prior to Tennessee Tech, Ali earned her bachelor's degree at Florida State and served as an athletic training student. Bush worked the 2009 NCAA Women's Soccer Championship and the 2008 NCAA Track and Field East Regional.
A native of Milton, Fla., Bush resides in Brevard, N.C.
