Vince Reese is entering his first year as an assistant coach at Brevard in 2014. He will coach the slot backs on the offensive side of the ball. Reese comes to Brevard from Emory & Henry College in Virginia, where he coached the running backs during the 2013 season and worked with the wide receivers during the spring of 2014.
Prior to coaching at Emory & Henry, Reese spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at North Greenville University. In two seasons with the Crusaders, Reese helped guide the team to a 16-9 overall record and a trip to the Division II quarterfinals in 2011. He spent a season each coaching the running backs and tight ends. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from North Greenville in 2013.
Reese began his coaching career under Bobby Lamb at Furman University, where he spent the 2010 season. With the Paladins, he was responsible for offensive quality control.
He played quarterback for Division III Bridgewater College in Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business. After completing his eligibility, Reese spent a semester working with Bridgewater's tight ends in the spring of 2010.
A native of Vienna, Virginia, Reese now resides with his wife Chasidy in Greenville, South Carolina.
